Return Policy – Easy Returns Within 14 Days

Return Eligibility

Items marked as returnable at the time of purchase can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Hazardous materials
- Disposable or hygienic products
- Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible item:

Go to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
Select the item you wish to return.
Use the "Easy Return" button to start a return request.

A return case must be created within 14 days from the delivery date to be considered.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Defective or damaged products: You will receive a prepaid return label at no cost.
Voluntary returns (e.g., if the item does not meet your expectations): You will receive a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be in original packaging
Be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that do not meet these conditions.
